
I was working on some stock photos last night, and I decided to try and tone them the way you might see some fine art photos processed. I’m not sure if it worked, but I like it; the tones, that is. I’m going to work with this a bit more on some more traditional themes for fine art photography. Stay tuned!

I love the instant classic look a sepia toned or black and white effect offers. That’s all I used to do….until I fell in love with color. Still, such tones remain near and dear to my heart.

Thank you both for your comments. I’m not sure why most ‘fine art’ images have to be this type of tonality, but who I am to bump convention? Here’s to happy toning!

i agree with the classic feel… classic yet not out of date…
