3. agriculture - as imports become expensive, the us will have no choice but to grow more of its own food - the export of food will bring in large returns
4. merchant marine - us labor market will decline in price, the forgeign labor market will rise - an increase in export of us goods should create more demand for shipping
5. commercial fishing - commercial fishing and fish farming -
6. energy - price increases for all forms of energy are creating opportunities - consider any career related to wind generation, solar energy, and nuclear energy -
7. computers and high technology - computer manufacture
8. entertainment - video editing, lighting, cinematography, production management,
9. automotive repair, small appliance repair, and the like - us residents will be keeping their cars on the roads for much longer - anyone that knows how to fix things will be in demand
10. tailoring and textiles - people won’t be able to afford the expensive imported clothing - and like auto repair, they’ll make use of their clothing for longer periods of time
