LDS Temple Art

temple22-2

I wonder if anyone would want a print of this.

I was editing this photo with a couple of different techniques I’ve been working on, and I somehow stumbled upon this as a finished product. I like it. I think I’ll do a small series of these types of photos. I would really like to produce religious art someday, maybe today is the start of that journey :-)

  1. I don’t know what it is, but I physically feel better when I look at this picture; it’s been up on my screen for the last hour, and I don’t want to take it down.

  2. Daniel- I like this a lot. It has a contemporary feel that you normally don’t get with pictures of the temple. I love traditional temple photos, but this is a whole new genre that I would love to see more of. Great work. :)

  3. very nice.

  4. I love the idea of religions art that’s not too “Churchy” and is actually art. Springville MOA has an annual religious art show every year – you should submit. BTW, LOVE IT.

  5. I would. How can I get one?

  6. I think it’s awesome! How can I get one, too?

  7. Thank you all for the comments. I’m currently working on producing limited edition prints for a few of the photos I do. I’ll post the info here and on the blog when those prints will be available and how to purchase them.
