I’m so excited. I finally ordered a macro lens.

After searching around and reading some of the users comments on Photo.net I decided to make the jump and purchase the canon 100mm macro lens. Like I said, I’m pretty excited. The only lens I have now that can do any sort of macro shot is the Canon 70mm-200mm, which is not a macro lens, so I’m hoping that this piece of equipment will help me expand my repetoire.

I was going to purchase it at priceline in Salt Lake City, but they were a good 80 dollars over the Bhphoto.com price, so I went with BHphoto and I bought an additional 1gig memory card.

If you’re looking for a good store to purchase equipment online, Bhphoto is probably the best bet. They have fantastic prices, and they have always worked well with us.
