Here’s a Manti Temple photo that many people have wanted as a print. I thought I’d put this temple photo up so people could find it. If you’d like to purchase a print of this Manti Temple photo, you can click on the “buy this print” button, and you’ll be taken to imagekind.com where you can purchase a print of the photo. You can also purchase the photo with this black frame around the images if you wish.
I’ll be doing a new series of lds temple art here in a couple of months. I’ll let you know when those get here.

Ok, if you haven’t tried this restaurant in Provo, then I’m going to make a subtle suggestion: you should try the Bomboy House restaurant in Provo. Bombay House is one of my favorite places to dine here in Provo, and so I thought I’d send it some blog love.

Bombay House has some delicious, delicious Indian food. And yes, it can be spicy, but it doesn’t have to be. My favorite dish at the Bombay House is the chicken tiki masala. In the words of Rachel Ray, all I can say is, “Yumo!” I’d also recommend some sweet nan and garlic nan, which happens to be a type of bread.
If you’re in the mood for something different, I suggest the Bombay House in Provo. I’m not sure of the Salt Lake City Bombay house, but I bet it’s pretty good, too. And if the Bombay House would like to trade some free photography of their dishes for free food, please contact me: bellephotos@gmail.com (fingers crossed).
address:
463 North University Ave
Provo, Utah 84601
website: BombayHouse.com
phone: (801) 373-6677
open hours: 4pm - 10pm, Monday-Saturday

family website - Family sites 2.0
I’ve been looking for a family website where I can share photos, videos, and news with my family in other parts of the country.
I think I’ve found the best one:
Myfamily.com

From the myfamily website:
“Myfamily.com 2.0 is your NEW way to connect with family and friends to share photos, news, stories and more. It is the next generation of the original myfamily.com site launched in 1998. myfamily.com has always been the best place on the web to connect and share with the most important people in your life, in a private, secure environment. We are committed to continuing this focus while introducing improvements and new features that our members have been asking for.
“
So far, there is a big feature of the myfamily site that I think is awesome: video. You can upload as many videos as you want and share them with the family. That’s right, all those little video clips you take with your digital camera are perfect for this site. The only thing is that the file size has to be under 25mb. But if you have some video editing software, you can easily export the video to take down the file size.
Uploading photos and putting them in albums is a really easy, too. They also have a voice feature where you can call a number and then leave a voice message, which is then recored to the site for others to play.
Myfamily.com is in Beta, which means they’re still working out the bugs. But so far, I’ve been so impressed. I’ve been using sites like Blogger as a way to stay connected to family, but myfamily.com does everything I was looking for.
Every now and then I’ll get a client that wants some family photographs. Utah family photography is a big deal, and now with this site, you have a place to put all those family photos.
There’s a lot more features that I’m excited about, but you’ll have to take a look to see if it’s something that your family can use.
It’s free, too. But they do place some ads up. My family and I have been using the site, and we’re all singing its praises :-)

I’ve done illustration work for most of my childhood and adolescence, but then for some reason, I fell away from it. After about a 10 year lapse, I’m starting to get back into illustration. I’m constantly amazed by the work that other great artists are producing, so I created illustration showcase to highlight some of these talented artists.
I just finished putting the finishing touches on the site last night, so there are probably some things that need to be fixed. But all in all, I’m excited to see the work from other illustrators.

I was walking around a park near BYU the other day in Provo, Utah. I happened upon this puppy running through the field and so I took a quick photo. Looks like fun. I wish I could be a puppy…
